Roger focuses on our AI pipeline - the nuts and bolts of how Ajax tracks time and crafts narratives. He's joining us from [**nference**](https://nference.com/), where he built sophisticated models to derive clinically significant insights from vast amounts of unstructured Electronic Medical Record data. We were initially attracted to Roger's experience building performant models to handle highly-sensitive data, as well as his impeccable credentials (Harvard B.S. --> Carnegie Mellon Masters' in Machine Learning). But in our first meeting and every meeting since, Roger has blown us away with _who he is_ - his unique blend of thoughtfulness and hustle, his encyclopedic knowledge of interesting facts (he was a junior trivia champion), and his passion for making lawyers' lives better. We couldn't be happier to have him on the team!
